Make sure you're using a camera and media format that works with iMovie. If you can't find your camera listed or need further assistance, contact the manufacturer of the device for support. If you're using a third-party video interface with your Mac, check with the manufacturer for firmware or other software updates for your device. Step 2: Click 'Recover Deleted Files' option to recover deleted video from iMovie, In case, if the iMovie videos are missing, you need to click on 'Recover Lost Files' option. Step 3: Select the volume from where you want to restore deleted or lost iMovie video files and hit 'Next' to move to the next step. It might be iMovie is updated and removed this feature? Anyway, you can save the video to Photos app, and then upload to YouTube using the YouTube app. Shouldn't be too troublesome. PS: I just checked, the iMovie is updated to 2.3.2 (5087) two days ago, according to App Store.
- When photos go missing from your iPhoto collection, it usually falls under two specific situations. You will need to work your way through both and figure out which one you are dealing with.
- In iMovie, import all of the footage from each camera and the separate audio track if you aren't using the main camera's audio. Cut the beginning of each track to the same spot (this is why you used the clapper board).

Back then I noticed that iDVD wasn't installed after the reset but I didn't really want it anyways. I recently got a new camera and it has video on it. I want to use iMovie to edit the video but that wasn't installed. LOG IN TO REPLY |

You can order a replacement (I think) for around $5 shipping, but personally I would just buy iLife 09. The new set of programs put's all other versions to shame - it's just so much more for the price. LOG IN TO REPLY |

On my restore disks I had to do the install optional packages or software or something like that. I was afraid to click on it before cause I didn't want to restore my computer. LOG IN TO REPLY |

Apple got hammered so bad that they re-added the missing features in iMovie 09. 'Raw' is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters. LOG IN TO REPLY |
